Meet the Team

As experts in non-profit leadership and champions for Saline County youth, the Executive Leadership Team of Bryant Youth Association moves the needle forward on the most pressing issues that face our community.

Suzanne Passmore is the CEO of Bryant Youth Associations and has led the agency on an amazing journey of change – transforming the organization from a local children’s charity to a change agent for children and families while driving high standards of excellence in financial transparency, community engagement and governance; all with the goal of making a significant, measurable impact in the lives of children and their families.

Suzanne first answered the call from her community in 2004. She immediately formed strong partnerships with the Bryant School District and petitioned the City Council for support. That crucial support allowed for young people to begin the Bryant Youth Association After School Program that Fall. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her dedication and leadership to Bryant Youth Association. Suzanne’s compassion and determination is what has driven her to answer this calling. Once you hear her testimony and life’s challenges, you will understand her “WHY.” She has faced many challenges and adversity, but her focus and passion for changing the lives of children has never wavered.

Suzanne has several honors within the community. She was named the “Women of the Year” by the Bryant Chamber of Commerce & Saline County Best of the Best as well as Twenty To Watch by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. She serves on the board of CASA - Court-Appointed Special Advocacy, the Greater Bryant Chamber of Commerce, Arkansas State Alliance, HIPPY, BHS Business Advisory Committee, People For Parks, Bryant Schools (Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child, and Bryant School Business and Industry Advisory Council.

She is a proud graduate from Bryant High School and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she balanced a full time job, night classes, family and a newborn.

Originally from Elaine, AR she has called Saline County home for the last fifty years, along with her husband, David. She has a son, Ethan, daughter in law Natalie, along with a new grandson she adores named Parker.

Our Club would not be where it is today without Suzanne and all of her hard work and dedication over the years for the Bryant Youth Associations.
